Awful vacuum. Poor product support.
I bought this for $249.00 for my Wife (she wanted it) and we had a ton of problems with it. Filters don't work--the guy at the repair shop showed us why...very poor design. Anyways, save yourself the money---we couldn't even sell this to the guy at the vacuum shop for $10.. :)
Just JUNK !
I purchased this vacuum cleaner back in January of 2008 for $69.99 + free shipping. While I was aware of the fact that it says that the product is refurbished, I did not expect to get a vacuum in such a poor cosmetical and functional condition. Obviously the vacuum was used, it was dirty and (now, after closer inspection) I discovered that it was never opened to check why it was previously returned (the paint on the screws was not damaged, which suggest that the product was never inspected).
Don't waste your money on it. This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. It is quiet weak compared to my older and a lot cheaper vacuum cleaner. Over 90% of the small dust does not get to the collecting container (I actually conducted a test). Rather it settles somewhere inside the vacuum and after about 5 cleaning sessions the internal HEPA filter stops working because the chamber is full of dirt. It is very difficult to clean the HEPA chamber since it is the so called self cleaning HEPA filter (nonsense). All the various items that are connected to the cleaner constantly fall off during vacuuming which is VERY annoying. It is also heavy so my wife makes me vacuum the entire house after I bought it.

Our family has owned this vacuum for 3 weeks. We have used it almost everyday. The wind-tunnel is awesome for cleaning hard to reach areas. The vacuum itself has the feel of a Sherman Tank, its pretty heavy. But the wind-tunnel allows for thorough cleaning with one hand. The wind-tunnel allows us to clean ceiling fans, stairs and under furniture, without moving the whole unit. The bagless tank is easily emptied and without the huge dust cloud we were used to. We have even used the wind-tunnel on our Mastiff. She is under the impression it is a massage, she loves it! So now we can get the dog hair before it hits the ground.(I would like to try this theory on my husband) Our 13 year old likes to vacuum now because,"This vacuum has a light-saber!" Yes we are cheap and easily entertained! For under [...] (warranty included) this is a great vacuum! Well it is now July 2008 and luckily we have not ran into any problems. The vacuum has refused to turn on once, when I emptied the canister my 3year old inserted a hot wheel.
